Returns & Exchanges

At Warehouse Supplies, we stand behind the quality of our industrial and storage equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack the Equipment

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging, including all manuals and hardware, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the box.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipment

  Ship the package back to our distribution center using a trackable carrier, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized warehouse machinery through our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
